Policies & Terms of Use

Welcome to the Baby Cow Web Site ("Site"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms which follow (the "Agreement").

Ordering and Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard. Payment is processed at the time of order. You will be given an invoice number when your order is submitted, and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail of your order. Unless a required coupon code is specified, all advertised discounts and sale prices are automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping and Returns

All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3 business days. Many orders ship on the same day.

The Ground Shipping charge for orders under $100 for delivery within the US is a flat fee of $7. The Express shipping charge for delivery within th US is a flat fee of $10. Some heavier overweight items will incur additional shipping charges on top of that flat fee. Those items are specified as such on their description pages.

For delivery within the US, orders over $100 are shipped via Ground Shipping for free, with the exception of overweight items. Orders including overweight items do not qualify for free shipping. However, they will be calculated with just the individual overweight item shipping charges and not the flat fee if the total is over $100.

Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 3 business days for Express Shipping and up to 5 business days for Ground Shipping.

If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please call us directly. Expedited orders may incur an expedited processing fee as well as a higher shipping charge for faster delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information- If a package is returned to Baby Cow Clothing, LLC due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Baby Cow Clothing, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. Baby Cow Clothing, LLC also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products that have been purchased at an inaccurate price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Baby Cow Clothing, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Lost or Stolen Packages- Baby Cow Clothing, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Baby Cow Clothing, LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investicate.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

International Orders

We are happy to ship internationally. The shipping charge for orders to be delivered to Canada is a flat fee of $12.00. Heavier overweight items will incur extra shipping costs and are marked as such.

Other than Canada, you must email or call your order in for International orders.Please be aware that Baby Cow Clothing is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. You will pay exact shipping plus a small handling fee ($1.00-$2.50) which will be calculated separately.

All international orders are shipped by Fedex or USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. Tracking and Insurance are included in International shipments. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.

All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued.

International orders require 5-7 days processing time before shipping.

Returns
We have a 30 Day Return Policy. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. No refunds will be issued. Shipping fees will not be credited.
Privacy and Security

Baby Cow Clothing is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide us is used for our store purposes only and we will not disclose any information to third parties. All information related to payment is gathered securely through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Our website may include links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites.

We may use your information to contact you about new products and special promotions. If you would like to be removed from the mailing list, simply unsubscribe or email us at info@babycowclothing.com.

This site is operated by Baby Cow Clothing LLC. We reserve the right to make changes to the information and policies included herein at anytime.

Washing and Care
All Garnments are pre-shrunk and we do suggest washing everything inside out in cold water.

However, there may be occasions when some of the information on our web site may contain unintentional inaccuracies. We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. Colors - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Baby Cow may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Baby Cow's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
